Abstract

Malang Regency holds great potential in the fisheries sector, particularly in aquaculture and seafood processing. To fully capitalize on this potential, strengthening the capacity of local entrepreneurs and implementing sustainable socio-eco entrepreneurship are essential to enhancing competitiveness in both regional and international markets. This empowerment is also crucial for improving the social and economic welfare of the community.POKLAHSAR Kembar Jaya Seafood, a small and medium enterprise (SME) operating in the fisheries sector in Malang Regency, faces challenges such as environmental fluctuations, market competition, and the need to improve capacities in management, technology, and marketing. Through a community service program applying the "Continuous Infinity Entrepreneurship" approach, which focuses on sustainable socio-ecological entrepreneurship, efforts are made to strengthen business capacity. This program includes training in branding, digital marketing, and e-commerce. The results of the program show significant improvements in managerial capacity, marketing, and technology at POKLAHSAR Kembar Jaya Seafood. The branding and digital marketing training successfully enhanced product image and competitiveness, while the use of e-commerce opened new market opportunities. Overall, the program has succeeded in boosting the competitiveness of POKLAHSAR, creating new opportunities, and delivering sustainable positive impacts on the local economy, while also promoting more sustainable entrepreneurial practices.
