Abstract

Abstract

The improvement of the quality of Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning requires innovations that utilize technology, one of which is the use of mixed reality (MR)-based learning media. This service aims to provide training to the PJOK teacher working group on the use of MR as a learning medium, which is expected to enhance interaction and teaching effectiveness. The method used in this service is interactive training. The activity was conducted in two sessions, including a demonstration of MR learning media and hands-on practice using MR learning media. The results of the activity evaluation through a questionnaire showed that 85% of participants were very satisfied with the material presented, 90% felt more confident using MR technology in teaching, and 75% expressed a desire to continuously integrate MR into PJOK learning. Additionally, 80% of participants stated that this training was relevant to their needs in developing innovative learning. In conclusion, this training successfully improved teachers' competencies in using MR technology, which is expected to support the creation of more dynamic and engaging PJOK learning in schools.
