This community service activity is part of the Regional Empowerment (PW) program carried out in Kembangarum Village, West Semarang District, Semarang City. Prior to the implementation of the activity, the partners involved, the Kembangarum Village Office, still needed to have oyster mushroom cultivation facilities. To overcome this problem, the PW program provided grants in the form of oyster mushroom houses and 500 backlogs of oyster mushrooms, as well as carrying out training and mentoring regarding the diversification of processed oyster mushroom products. The methods used in implementing this activity include location surveys, discussions with partners, permits, building an oyster mushroom house at the Kembangarum Village Office, and providing oyster mushroom backlog grants. Apart from that, training and assistance are provided to diversify oyster mushroom food products. The main objective of this activity is to improve the economy of urban communities through food security, which is realized in the form of building mushroom houses, cultivation activities, and diversifying oyster mushroom food products. The results of this activity show that there is a positive impact on improving the community's economy through the harvest of oyster mushrooms and the development of processed products. The implication of this activity is to improve the local economy through the development of oyster mushroom cultivation and innovative product diversification.
