State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) with a number of routine activities can reduce their organizational performance, so refreshing is needed but which is to build organizational strength. This community service activity aims to improve the ability of teamwork in a company. Through intensive training, participants will be equipped with practical knowledge and skills in building, managing, and optimizing teamwork. The material presented included effective communication, division of roles and responsibilities, collaborative problem-solving, and strategies for building trust between team members. Training methods include interactive presentations, case studies, simulations, and practices both individually and in groups. Participants will be evaluated through pre-test and post-test to measure the improvement of their understanding. After attending this training, participants can implement the principles of effective teamwork in their organizations, thereby contributing to increased productivity and the achievement of organizational goals. The results obtained can increase employee enthusiasm and create creativity that can strengthen teamwork and advance the organization.
