This study aims to analyze efforts to prevent negative behavior among adolescents in Halimpu Dalam Village through the implementation of a Restorative Justice approach. This approach emphasizes peaceful conflict resolution, restoration of social relationships, and active involvement of all parties, including families, communities, and village authorities. The background of this study is the increasing incidence of deviant behavior among adolescents, such as fighting, the negative use of social media, and a lack of legal awareness. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation during the Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN). The results indicate that internal factors, such as parenting patterns, and external factors, such as peer influence and the social environment, significantly influence adolescent behavior. The role of village officials as social and legal agents is strategic in promoting conflict resolution based on restorative justice through counseling, legal education, and community dialogue forums. However, the implementation of this approach still faces several challenges, such as limited human resources who understand the concept of restorative justice and a lack of socialization among community members. Nevertheless, preventive measures involving all elements of society—especially harmonious family environments and active community supervision—have proven effective in reducing juvenile delinquency. Law enforcement that is educational and just is considered more humane and capable of providing a deterrent effect without jeopardizing the future of adolescents. This study recommends sustainable synergy among families, communities, and village governments in implementing restorative justice principles to create a social environment that is conducive to the healthy and responsible development of youth.
