Community empowerment through the introduction of creative economy is the key to improving the quality of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tanjungrasa Village. This study aims to analyze the impact of community empowerment programs that focus on the creative economy in the development of MSMEs. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observations, and focus group discussions. The results of the study indicate that increasing community knowledge and skills in the creative economy can encourage product innovation, expand markets, and increase the competitiveness of MSMEs. Training programs that include product design, digital marketing, and financial management have proven effective in empowering MSME actors. In addition, collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and the private sector plays an important role in creating an ecosystem that supports the growth of MSMEs. With the introduction of the creative economy, the community is not only able to increase income, but also create new jobs, which contribute to local economic development. This study is expected to be a reference for the development of policies and community empowerment programs in other villages, as well as encourage the sustainability of the creative economy in Indonesia
