The effectiveness of teaching methods on elementary school student motivation is the level of success achieved from a particular learning method that is in accordance with the planned learning objectives, student characteristics, and available resources. Effective learning methods will be able to increase students' interest and motivation to learn. Students who have high interest and motivation to learn will more easily absorb learning material and achieve better learning outcomes. The purpose of writing this research is to find out and analyze the implementation of learning activities carried out by KKN students at SDN 03 Kertasura, Kapetakan District, Cirebon Regency. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method using teaching techniques in two forms, namely teaching activities at school and outside school in the form of tutoring, namely Calistungji (reading, writing and arithmetic). The research results obtained from teaching activities at school during two meetings showed that student motivation in learning had increased. Meanwhile, in the calistung method, the evaluation obtained at each meeting showed that there was an increased level of student motivation obtained from changes in behavior in the affective domain. The recapitulation of absent attendance which increased at each meeting using the calistung method also indicated students' enthusiasm in participating in the learning process.
