<p>Desa Tiwingan Lama yang terletak di Kecamatan Aranio, Kabupaten Banjar, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan, memiliki potensi alam wisata yang belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Desa ini memiliki wisata Bukit Matang Kaladan, Wisata Alimpung, dan tradisi Baayun Maulid. Permasalahan yang muncul di desa ini yaitu belum terkelolanya potensi wisata yang dimiliki dengan baik. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir desa ini mulai diminati oleh masyarakat Kalimantan Selatan sebagai tujuan wisata alam. Dari hasil observasi di lapangan, paling banyak wisatawan berkunjung di akhir pekan dengan jumlah rata-rata 15-20 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu workshop kolaborasi potensi, penataan kawasan wisata berbasis sport tourism, pembentukan kader kelompok pengelola wisata. <p><em>The purpose of this service activity is to empower asset inventory management employees at MAN 3 Padang Pariaman through the Socialisation of the Asset Inventory System Application which is expected with this activity the manager can carry out asset and goods inventory management management. The management of the asset inventory system will assist the governance of goods in providing better reports. Improving the inventory management of MAN 3 Padang Pariaman through community service activities is carried out with a team of servants in several stages: (1) the preparation stage, carried out with an initial survey of inventory management then exploration between the two parties. (2) The stage of a memorandum of cooperation agreement, (3) the stage of hearing discussions between the parties (service team) with the Committee and MAN 3 Padang Pariaman regarding the potential and problems that exist in managing the inventory (4) The stage of determining the title as a derivative of the existing service theme as a result of the hearing. The results of community service activities obtained an increase in potential and problems that will be taken into consideration in the sustainability of the target group service programme. <p>The socialization activity of the Android-based agent satisfaction survey application carried out at KSOP Class II Tekluk Bayur Padang is an important strategic step in an effort to improve the quality of public services. In this context, the management of the issuance of Sailing Approval Letters (SPB) is one of the main focuses. This specially designed application aims to collect feedback from agents who interact with the SPB issuance service. Thus, the KSOP can obtain a clear picture of the level of agent satisfaction with the services provided. This is not only beneficial for agents, but also for service managers to make necessary improvements. The purpose of this community service activity is to Implement Permenpan Number 14 of 2017 Regarding the Agent Satisfaction Survey on Sailing Approval Letter Issuance Services (SPB) at Ksop Teluk Bayur Based on Android. It is hoped that with this research, the Android-based application will be able to provide. Efforts to improve services for users of sea transportation services to/from Mentawai Islands Regency, West Sumatra need to be carried out. Along with the increasing number of passengers on this route, it is necessary to conduct a study of passenger perceptions of the services of a ship, in order to create safe and comfortable crossing transportation. This study focuses on the quality of service of the MV Mentawai Fast ship serving the Padang - Mentawai Islands Regency route. So that it can be known the quality of service and quality attributes that need to be improved by MV Mentawai Fast in the future.
