Abstract

This digital marketing training aims to empower small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in utilizing digital technology to increase sales, promote products, and ultimately enhance competitiveness. The training encompasses various methods such as material delivery, case studies, and question-and-answer sessions, designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies. The impact of this training is evident in the participants' increased knowledge of how to use digital platforms such as social media, websites, and e-commerce to reach more customers and build brand awareness. However, challenges such as limited resources and technological understanding remain obstacles to effective implementation. Therefore, it is recommended to establish follow-up mentoring programs to ensure the successful application of digital marketing by SMEs. This initiative is expected to improve the ability of SMEs to adapt to technological advancements and expand their market reach.
