Socialization of Android-Based Agent Satisfaction Survey Application in the Management of Issuance of Sailing Approval Letters and Passenger Service Standards at KSOP Class II Teluk Bayur Padang, Muaro Port Working Area

The socialization activity of the Android-based agent satisfaction survey application carried out at KSOP Class II Tekluk Bayur Padang is an important strategic step in an effort to improve the quality of public services. In this context, the management of the issuance of Sailing Approval Letters (SPB) is one of the main focuses. This specially designed application aims to collect feedback from agents who interact with the SPB issuance service. Thus, the KSOP can obtain a clear picture of the level of agent satisfaction with the services provided. This is not only beneficial for agents, but also for service managers to make necessary improvements. The purpose of this community service activity is to Implement Permenpan Number 14 of 2017 Regarding the Agent Satisfaction Survey on Sailing Approval Letter Issuance Services (SPB) at Ksop Teluk Bayur Based on Android. It is hoped that with this research, the Android-based application will be able to provide. Efforts to improve services for users of sea transportation services to/from Mentawai Islands Regency, West Sumatra need to be carried out. Along with the increasing number of passengers on this route, it is necessary to conduct a study of passenger perceptions of the services of a ship, in order to create safe and comfortable crossing transportation. This study focuses on the quality of service of the MV Mentawai Fast ship serving the Padang - Mentawai Islands Regency route. So that it can be known the quality of service and quality attributes that need to be improved by MV Mentawai Fast in the future. So in general, of the 29 quality attributes analyzed that need to be improvised are affordable ticket prices, comfortable waiting rooms, spacious seats, availability of prayer rooms, ablution places, and toilets.
