Improving Teacher Pedagogical Competence at SDN 1 Salakan through the In-Service Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG). This study aims to determine: (1) the profile of teacher pedagogical competence after participating in the in-service PPG, and (2) supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of teacher pedagogical competence in the learning process. This study is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The research subjects included the principal, grade 1–6 teachers, and subject teachers who had participated in the in-service PPG. Data were collected through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions using triangulation of techniques and sources to ensure data validity. The results of the study indicate that: (1) teacher pedagogical competence after participating in the in-service PPG is classified as good as seen from the achieved PPG CPL; (2) supporting factors include teacher competence and productive age, awareness of differences in student abilities, high student learning motivation, a conducive school environment, parental support, and the availability of facilities; Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include administrative burden, less than optimal time management, diversity of students' abilities and emotional conditions, unequal parental support, and limited technological facilities and internet networks.
