Journal'sprovides direct open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports greater global knowledge exchange. It is an Open Access journal which means that all content is available free of charge to users or their institutions. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search for, or link to the full text of the article, or use it for other legal purposes, without asking the publisher or author's prior permission. This fits with BOAI's definition of Open Access.
