This community service project aims to analyze the role of school counselors in building collaboration with parents of students who work as farmers in Kamarang Lebak Village, and its impact on student achievement. The community service method used is a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with counselors, teachers, parents, and students, as well as observation and documentation studies. The results of the community service show that parents from a farming background face obstacles such as limited time due to working in the fields, low levels of formal education, and the perception that education is entirely the responsibility of the school. School counselors play key roles as facilitators, mediators, educators, and advocates. Effective strategies include adaptive communication approaches (using non-formal meetings, simple media such as WhatsApp groups), contextual parenting programs, and empathetic home visit approaches. This collaboration has proven significant in increasing student learning motivation, reducing involvement in heavy physical work outside of school, and ultimately encouraging increased academic achievement. This community service concludes that collaboration built systematically and culturally by school counselors is an important pillar in supporting the educational success of students in agrarian areas.
