The community service method used is a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with counselors, teachers, parents, and students, as well as observation and documentation studies. The results of the community service show that parents from a farming background face obstacles such as limited time due to working in the fields, low levels of formal education, and the perception that education is entirely the responsibility of the school. School counselors play key roles as facilitators, mediators, educators, and advocates. Effective strategies include adaptive communication approaches (using non-formal meetings, simple media such as WhatsApp groups), contextual parenting programs, and empathetic home visit approaches. This collaboration has proven significant in increasing student learning motivation, reducing involvement in heavy physical work outside of school, and ultimately encouraging increased academic achievement. This community service concludes that collaboration built systematically and culturally by school counselors is an important pillar in supporting the educational success of students in agrarian areas.
2025-08-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Asa Aodina Azzahra, Sulaeman, Elin Maulida Rahmawati, M. The purpose of this study was to develop and utilize recycled materials as innovative learning aids and environmentally friendly teaching aids to improve students' understanding of basic multiplication concepts. The methods used included identifying students' needs, creating teaching aids from recycled materials, and teaching students and teachers how to use these aids. The results of the study show that the use of teaching aids made from recycled materials can significantly increase students' motivation to learn and their understanding of basic multiplication concepts. In addition, the use of recycled materials also contributes to the development of creativity and critical thinking in the classroom. Therefore, this innovation can be an effective alternative to improve the mathematics learning process in elementary schools.
2025-08-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Eni Fatimah, Nidia Wulansari, Rokhmatun Nabillah, A Nur Muhaimin, Ikatun Nada, Nabila Rizka Sorayahttp://journal.unucirebon.ac.id/index.php/junu/article/view/1539Socialization of Student Creativity and Concentration Through Zentangle Circle Activities at SDN 1 Sindangkasih2025-10-18T04:26:40+00:00Fardan Nurhadifardannurhdi40@gmail.comDewi Kusumafardannurhdi40@gmail.comSuarifqi Diantamafardannurhdi40@gmail.comMuhammad Rosyidfardannurhdi40@gmail.comLaora Novitasari Pangestifardannurhdi40@gmail.comMuthia Qurratul Ainifardannurhdi40@gmail.com
This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to enhance students’ creativity and understanding of visual arts through the Zentangle Circle simulation activity for sixth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Sindangkasih. Zentangle Circle is a drawing technique that involves creating repetitive patterns within a circular composition, helping students develop concentration, patience, and aesthetic expression. The implementation method includes stages of material preparation, brief training on Zentangle drawing techniques, practical simulation, and reflective discussions to assess students’ understanding and attitudes toward art. The results showed that students were highly enthusiastic during the learning process and successfully produced artworks featuring unique pattern variations and harmonious visual compositions. Moreover, the activity improved students’ creative thinking skills, attention to detail, and time management during the art-making process. Thus, the Zentangle Circle simulation activity proved effective in fostering art appreciation and developing students’ creative potential at the elementary school level.
2025-08-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Fardan Nurhadi, Dewi Kusuma, Suarifqi Diantama, Muhammad Rosyid, Laora Novitasari Pangesti, Muthia Qurratul Ainihttp://journal.unucirebon.ac.id/index.php/junu/article/view/1540Packaging Design Digitalization Training as a Strategy to Increase the Visual Competitiveness of MSMEs: A Case Study of Wanayasa Village2025-10-18T04:36:32+00:00Riyantoriyanto301003@gmail.comTuti Alawiyahriyanto301003@gmail.comDicky Andika Sulaemanriyanto301003@gmail.comFahmi Albiriyanto301003@gmail.comAhmad Madaniriyanto301003@gmail.comRahayu Firdausriyanto301003@gmail.com
This scientific article details specific digitalization strategies in the marketing and production of packaging stickers to support the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Wanayasa Village.
