Improving the productivity of local ducks remains a challenge in the poultry sector, primarily due to the low quality of feed. Golden snail (Pomacea canaliculata), often considered an agricultural pest, holds great potential as an alternative, abundant, and low-cost protein source. This community service aimed to educate local duck farmers on the utilization of golden snails as fermented feed ingredients. The methods included lectures, demonstrations, and evaluation using pre- and post-tests. Results showed a 63.5% increase in participants’ knowledge and improved practical skills in feed processing. The activity also fostered a shift in community perception, viewing golden snails as valuable commodities instead of waste. These findings suggest that utilizing local resources like golden snails offers a strategic solution for improving duck egg quality while empowering rural farmers
