Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran CTL Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Rumah Terapung Terhadap Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik

Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui : 1) efektivitas penggunaan model pembelajaran konvensional terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi prinsip archimedes di MTs DDI Walimpong, 2) efektivitas penggunaan model pembelajaran contextual teaching learning berbasis kearifan lokal ‘’rumah terapung’’ terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi prinsip archimedes di MTs DDI Walimpong, 3) efektivitas hasil belajar yang signifikan antara peserta didik yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran konvensional dan peserta didik yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran contextual teaching learning berbasis kearifan lokal “Rumah Terapung” pada materi prinsip archimedes di MTs DDI Walimpong. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuasi-eksperimen dengan desain The Matching Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas IX.A (kelas eksperimen) dan IX.B (kelas kontrol). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis inferensial, dan uji N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran konvensional memperoleh rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 52,21% (kurang efektif), sedangkan pembelajaran Contextual Teaching Learning memperoleh rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 73,51% (cukup efektif). Uji hipotesis menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara hasil belajar kedua kelompok dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Oleh karena itu, model Contextual Teaching Learning lebih efektif dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional. Penggunaan model Contextual Teaching Learning berbasis kearifan lokal meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dan menuntut guru kreatif mengintegrasikan pembelajaran kontekstual.
