Articles submitted to this online journal will undergo Double Blind Review with at least one reviewer and the average length of the Submit-Publish process is eight weeks.

Stage 1.
The Editorial Board will conduct an initial review, to decide whether or not the article is suitable enough to be submitted to the Review Team (Reject or later stage).

Stage 2.
Furthermore, at this stage based on the results of the review given by the reviewer and the revisions made by the author, the Editorial Board will decide to accept or reject the article.

Authors whose papers are rejected will be notified of the reasons for rejection. There is no communication between the author and the editor regarding the rejection decision.
