Kalimeang, Karangsembung District, Cirebon Regency is one of the villages with a large sugarcane plantation sector. One of the main wastes from sugarcane processing is bagasse, which is generally not optimally utilized. This community service activity aims to provide training and assistance in processing sugarcane waste into product innovations in the form of bagasse crackers. This activity is carried out to increase the added value of sugarcane waste and open up new economic opportunities for village communities. The training process includes an introduction to bagasse processing techniques, making crackers, and analyzing their economic feasibility. The results of the activity show that bagasse crackers have good quality, promising market potential, and can increase the income of village communities. In addition, this innovation supports sustainable and environmentally friendly waste management.
