This community service activity, aimed at promoting physical fitness awareness among physical education teachers in elementary schools in Indramayu, sought to improve the knowledge, awareness, and application of physical fitness among teachers. The program included presentations, workshops, and group discussions with 30 participating teachers from various schools. The results showed a significant increase in the teachers' understanding of the importance of physical fitness, with 85% of participants improving their knowledge and 65% already implementing simple fitness programs in their schools. Additionally, there was a notable shift in the teachers' attitudes, with 75% becoming more motivated to adopt healthier lifestyles. Despite some challenges, such as limited facilities and time constraints in certain schools, the teachers were able to find creative solutions to overcome these barriers. Based on these findings, further support from local governments and schools in terms of facilities, policies, and ongoing training is necessary to ensure the more effective and sustainable implementation of physical fitness programs. This initiative holds great potential to improve the physical health and teaching quality of educators, while also fostering a more dynamic and healthy learning environment for students.
