This study aims to improve Qur'an literacy among adolescents through the Qur'an Reading and Writing (BTQ) teaching program implemented in Beber Village, Cirebon Regency. The background of this study is that many adolescents are still unable to read the Qur'an properly and correctly according to the rules of tajwid. The Qur'an Reading and Writing (BTQ) teaching program is seen as a strategic effort to equip the younger generation with basic Qur'an reading skills while instilling religious values that support character formation. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of direct observation, interviews with participants and supervising teachers, as well as initial tests (pre-test) and final tests (post-test). The results of the study showed a significant increase in Qur'an reading ability. The average pre-test score of adolescents was 55, while the average post-test reached 80, resulting in an increase of 25 points or 45%. In addition to technical improvements, the BTQ program also has an impact on increasing learning motivation, discipline, and adolescent participation in religious activities such as congregational prayer and memorization of short surahs. These findings reinforce the view that BTQ can be an effective instrument in strengthening adolescent religious literacy. Therefore, similar programs need to be developed sustainably with the support of teachers and parents, as well as the use of digital technology to make them more engaging and adaptable to the needs of the younger generation.
