Abstract

The mindset of Asy'Ariyah vocational school students towards agriculture is still relatively low because their concern for agriculture is also lacking, even though Asy'Ariyah is an agriculture-based vocational school. They still consider agriculture to be a job to be avoided for the future, because agriculture is synonymous with exhaustion at work, heat, and backwardness. In reality, agriculture itself is a very promising economic potential, and the active role of the younger generation is also highly expected to build the national economy in the field of agriculture. However, the reality is that the younger generation prefers to work in other sectors. However, with this community service activity, it is hoped that this activity will be able to 1). Foster an entrepreneurial spirit among Asy'Ariyah Vocational School students in the field of agriculture, 2). Increase awareness through a change in mindset among Asy'Ariyah Vocational School students in the field of agriculture. The methods used include counseling, practical training in cultivation, agricultural yield management, and strengthening managerial and product marketing aspects. The results of the activity show that students have gained a better understanding of agricultural business opportunities, skills in managing small businesses based on agricultural yields, and a growing attitude of independence and creativity in entrepreneurship. The initiation of the School Cares About Agriculture program not only increased the entrepreneurial capacity of students, but also encouraged the creation of a school ecosystem that supports the development of young entrepreneurs in the field of agriculture. Thus, this program has the potential to become a model for the development of vocational agricultural education oriented towards the empowerment of the younger generation.
