Analisis Implementasi Pencegahan Perundungan (Bullying) dalam Perspektif Hukum Perlindungan Anak

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of bullying prevention in schools from a child protection law perspective. The approach used is normative legal research using regulatory, juridical, and conceptual approaches. Data was collected through document studies and analysis of relevant regulations. The results indicate that although the legal framework provides a basis for protection, the implementation of bullying prevention still faces challenges, such as low legal awareness among perpetrators, victims, and the community; weak coordination between relevant parties; and limited resources for case handling. This study found that the application of the principle of the child's greatest interest and the active participation of various parties are key to effective prevention. It is recommended that the government increase legal awareness, strengthen oversight mechanisms, and encourage the development of more proactive policies to systematically protect children from bullying.
