PENGARUH LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KARIR TERHADAP PERENCANAAN KARIR SISWA KELAS IX SMPN 2 DEPOK

Abstract

Career Planning is a set of knowledge of attitudes and skills that have individuated by in developing ways or strategies about preparation of advanced educational or employment options to realize future ideals and goals. The purpose of this study is also to know if there is the influence of career guidance services to Career Planning Student Class IX SMP Negeri 2 Depok. This type of research is quantitative research with the pre experience of the experimental design method of one group pretest - post test with the population of the research is all students of class IX SMP Negeri 2 Depok Cirebon district. Determination of sample area in this study using purposive sampling technique. The results of analais after the two-service performance (two) services in the two result acquired the average value of 53.87 and the Post Test result with an average of 73.47 there was an average difference after treatment (Treatment) of 19.60. This proves that the average before the treatment is preterable than the average after (post test) is given treatment then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. This means the career guidance service has a significant effect on Care Affairs Planning SMP State 2 Depok Cirebon Regency.
