This research aims to reveal the positive side of teenagers from broken home families regarding the factors that influence the formation of resilience in broken home teenagers so that they are able to survive in unpleasant conditions. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method regarding the factors that develop resilience. Collection is carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The participants in this research were two teenagers from a broken home (divorce and no parental role). The research results show that the factors that influence resilience are emotional regulation, controlling impulses, optimism, ability to analyze problems, empathy, self-efficacy, and increasing positive aspects. The purpose of this study is also to know if there is the influence of career guidance services to Career Planning Student Class IX SMP Negeri 2 Depok. This type of research is quantitative research with the pre experience of the experimental design method of one group pretest - post test with the population of the research is all students of class IX SMP Negeri 2 Depok Cirebon district. Determination of sample area in this study using purposive sampling technique. The results of analais after the two-service performance (two) services in the two result acquired the average value of 53.87 and the Post Test result with an average of 73.47 there was an average difference after treatment (Treatment) of 19.60. This proves that the average before the treatment is preterable than the average after (post test) is given treatment then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. The above facts indicate that guidance and counseling services in SMA require more innovative and varied approaches in designing guidance and counseling programs in schools. For creative guidance and counseling service strategies, counselors can use a variety of media and communication platforms that are familiar to the counselee. Technology which is now increasingly sophisticated and comfortable, according to him, raises a phenomenon where we are more concerned with effective and efficient methods in guidance and counseling sessions with students. The purpose of this study is to produce an overview of the effectiveness of online counseling guidance services. This type of research can be classified as qualitative descriptive field research, namely analyzing and presenting facts systematically about the real object, namely by using this qualitative descriptive method the researcher will describe comprehensively and deeply about a symptom. The subject of this research is the guidance and counseling teacher at the MAN 2 school in Cirebon Regency, this is based on various factors of consideration, among others, the counseling teacher in this study acts as a data source and understands the needs of students Based on the results of the research as a whole this research has achieved the goal, namely the availability of an online individual counseling service model at MAN 2 Cirebon. This problem greatly affects the learning process and influences motivation towards him. Thus, guidance and counseling teachers are needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence student learning saturation at school and self-regulated learning techniques in reducing learning saturation.<br>This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study model. The subjects in this study were 5 students in grade VII SMP Wahidin, Cirebon, with the characteristics of not doing E-learning, always waking up late and getting bored because they couldn't meet their friends. Students who have these characteristics are recommended by the guidance and counseling teacher to be used as research samples. The instruments used were interviews and documentation.<br>Research data to determine Self Regulated Learning Techniques in Reducing Learning Saturation of Class VII Students of SMP Wahidin Cirebon City obtained through interviews and documentation. The results of this study are a description of the respondents' answers as well as direct observation at Wahidin Middle School, Cirebon City. After the data was collected, an analysis was carried out to find out the role of the guidance and counseling teacher in overcoming the saturation of learning for class VII students of SMP Wahidin, Cirebon City. During his time as a guidance and counseling teacher at Wahidin Middle School, Cirebon, he only applied discussion and ice breaking techniques, while regarding other techniques this had never been done. In his opinion, discussion and ice breaking techniques are quite capable of overcoming student learning boredom. The results that have been achieved can be seen from the enthusiasm of students in learning. Most have undergone changes. In accordance with the developmental age and the level of transition from childhood to early adolescence, it is known as the transitional period or transitional period. This research is motivated by the negative self-understanding attitude of students of class VII D, the importance of the appearance of adult modeling as a process of imitation that students will understand to form a positive self-understanding. The purpose of this study was to describe the concept of negative self-understanding of class VII D students at MTs Negeri 3 Cirebon. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research with primary data sources for class VII D students according to the negative self-understanding concept indicators, together with 5 respondents (YM, AL, CH, AN, FR) and secondary data including class VII counseling teachers, Homeroom class VII D. The instruments used in this study were interview guides, observation guidelines, documentation guidelines. The analysis used was data triangulation technique. The results of the research that has been carried out are negative self-understanding concepts.It is known that students who have a self-concept with negative indicators are 5 out of 32 students of class VII D at MTs Negeri 3 Cirebon.
