This journal is dedicated as a medium for legal discussion in responding to social dynamics and changes. First published in 2022, Jurnal Justice Aswaja (JJA) comes twice a year, namely in June and December. In each edition of the publication, the Journal of Justice Aswaja (JJA) contains a minimum of five articles on the results of legal research / studies or review articles on legal figures and thoughts. The editor invites legal academics (academics, researchers, practitioners, and activists who care about community and legal issues) to send their manuscripts to the Journal of Justice Aswaja (JJA) with the e-ISSN number <a href="https://issn.brin.go.id/terbit/detail/20221227462054950">2964-8610</a>.</p> <p>The scope of the Journal of Justice Aswaja (JJA) includes:</p> <p>1. Research articles or legal studies</p> <p>The Journal of Justice Aswaja (JJA) accommodates all studies on social dynamics and changes related to or associated with law. Therefore, legal studies in normative (dogmatic legal science), philosophical (philosophy of law), empirical (sociology and legal anthropology), and especially through interdisciplinary (socio-legal) and comparative studies, are very welcome. Among the subjects that can be chosen are law and constitution, natural resources law, government law, business and civil law, criminal law, law and society, law and religion, law and technology, and international law.</p> <p>2. Review articles of legal figures and thoughts</p> <p>The review article of legal figures and thoughts is the closing article in each edition of the Aswaja Justice Journal (JJA). This article, which is the hallmark of the Journal of Justice Aswaja (JJA), is intended to better recognise and (re)reveal public figures and their thoughts that are influential both academically and praxis in building, maintaining, and maintaining an orderly and just society. Not only revealing the biography and main thoughts of the figure, this article is also intended to review the urgency and relevance of the figure's thoughts in the development of the latest social dynamics.</p> <p>Jurnal Justice Aswaja (JJA) is published by the Faculty of Law, University of Nahdlatul Ulama Cirebon and is published twice a year in June and December.</p>
